Last picture for the day
Last sunday, I volunteered for stanchart as part of cip with the girls and made new friends with zul and alwyn. Gathered at the Padang at 1am, then we took the bus down to our sectors. 6 of us reached our sector at around 3am. spent the next three hours in the wee hours of morning by the triangular curb talking, taking random photos, countless jump shots. Well the good thing was, the organizers made sure we were located near toilets( can you imagine holding it in for more than 12 hours while having to cheer the people on??). We didnt know there was a toilet nearby at first so I pee-ed behind the big tree in the dark. Right, moving on. The first race which I think is the full men's marathon started at about 6 plus and the next 3 hours was endless cheering and guiding the runners. The men's 42k, men's 21 k, men's 10 k and finally women's 10 k. Saw a few familiar faces from church and TJ, cheered the loudest for them. It was a good experience I must say, definitely worth ton-ning the night. :D
