tjc oac dualthon 2009
HELLO HELLO. first of all, gamma won sports day this year! I didnt contribute much technically since I was a spectator but good job to everyone anyway. I thought cheryl the cheer capt did a good job with cheerleading! :)
Yesterday, elain amelia and I went to nicole's house at 9am before her dad sent us down to ecp. nicole has a maltese too!
they were in the midst of mixed open I think, saw many swimmers including coach loh and mr tan. wanjing, zac and aloysius also.
we hung around since the women's open was to start only at 10.45.
was super excited! I told amelia the longest distance I ran on land was only 2.4km and she laughed at me lol.
We were supposed to run 3k for the first lap, followed by our cyclist partner with 16k and then another 3k the second lap.
surprisingly(and thankfully), the second lap was alot easier.
and now i can say my longest distance in one shot is 3 k.(even though i ran 6, but i dont think you can count it that way since i rested for 40 min in between).
the bath after that was awesomeezz.
dawn and audrey whom i met earlier came in second! audrey runs super fast.
nicole and I came in around the middle, though we could have pushed for top 20 but nvm there's always next year :):)
after washing up we cabbed to parkway with the soccer girls brenda, pandora, xiumin, chor yi, and amelia for lunch at pastamania. they left after, then ame and I studied at mos burger.
I'm looking forward to dualthon 2010! :)

CAULDRON OF TORTURE. it's a whole tub filled with ice. the netballers were taking turns putting their legs and hands inside, which is supposed to prevent muscle ache? extreme only luh. I couldnt even stay inside for more than 10 seconds.
